Rakhaa’ Wajdah graduated from the International Islamic University of Malaysia with a degree in Economics. She has a decade of experience in finance and program management.​

As part of a team at an international company, she has maintained financial and business transactions, provided financial forecasting and reporting, analyzed financial data and performed variance analysis.  With experience in the Asian and Middle East markets, she has contributed to a total revenue of $20 million.​

In addition to her professional pursuits, she is passionate about empowering women and helping them start and grow successful businesses. She aims to use her skills and knowledge to provide guidance, coaching and enabling them to lead effectively in their diverse fields.
